I-Med NSW takes great pride in providing patients with a caring, professional and clinically superior service. We do this by continually investing in state of the art technology, employing talented and compassionate staff, recruiting world class radiologists and in the development of an unparalleled digital network.

You can be confident that when you visit a I-Med NSW clinic for a diagnostic imaging procedure you will receive the very best in patient care and customer service. We are about

‘Putting the latest technology to work.’

With the constant advances in diagnostic imaging technology, we’re always finding ways to deliver better, faster, more accurate information to doctors and patients. Technology can really help us to make huge steps forward.

‘Really listening to patients and understanding’

Radiographer: ‘No matter how much training you undergo to become a Radiographer, it’s the way we care for our patients that is most important.’

Sonographer: ‘It takes extensive training to become a Radiographer then further training to qualify as a Sonographer. But it’s worth every second just for that moment when you see the smile on the face of a mum-to-be.’

Receptionist: ‘We’re the point of contact for every patient. By listening and caring we can make things a little easier during an anxious time.’

‘Finding the real problem’

It takes over 12 years medical training including additional training in diagnostic radiology. Most of our radiologists have also completed specialist training in areas of interest and are recognised locally, nationally and internationally as experts in their chosen field.

‘Helping your doctor find the answer’

A radiologist is a medical doctor who is specially trained to interpret diagnostic imaging tests and perform interventional procedures. Radiologists have the specialist expertise to understand and explain your medical problem or symptom through the images that are taken of your body.

Our Radiologist’s specialist expertise means they will provide an accurate answer to your referring doctor.
